– Cancellations made 48–72 hours before check-in are eligible for a full or partial refund.
– Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival may incur a charge.
2. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in a full charge of the booking amount.
3. Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and may take several business days depending on the payment method used.
4. Booking Modifications
Guests may request changes to their reservation (dates, room type, etc.), subject to availability.
5. Special Conditions
During peak seasons, holidays, or special events, stricter cancellation policies may apply.
