House Rules & Guest Guidelines
Welcome to Mbemi Village Eco-Resort, Bokwai New-layout. We are delighted to host you and hope you enjoy a peaceful, luxurious, and memorable stay with us. To ensure a positive experience for all guests, we kindly request that the following house rules are respected throughout your stay.
Check-In Requirements
Guests are required to present a valid passport or ID during check-in and provide emergency contact information.
Payments & Reservations
Payments are made in cash (Franc CFA) upon check-in. Advance and subsequent payments may be completed by bank transfer through Swiss or Cameroonian accounts.
Long Stay Arrangements
Long-stay guests must pay rent on the first day of every month. Guests and management must provide one month’s notice before ending long-term arrangements.
Keys & Security
Guests will receive keys for the property entrance. Lost or stolen keys must be reported immediately and replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Quiet Hours
Guests may return at any time but are kindly requested to enter quietly after 11:00 PM to avoid disturbing other guests.
Dining & Restaurant Policy
Breakfast is served upon order between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM at the restaurant/bar area. Guests may also pre-order lunch and dinner. Personal drinks are not permitted in the restaurant or bar areas.
Kitchen & Shared Facilities
Guests using kitchen utensils must clean and return them after use. Refrigerators may be used for personal beverages, but all items must be removed upon departure.
Guest Access Policy
Guesthouse facilities are reserved strictly for paying guests only. Overnight visitors are not permitted.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12 noon. Alternative arrangements may be negotiated directly with management.
Personal Belongings
Guests are advised to keep valuables secured in their rooms. Management accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
Noise & Entertainment
Television, music systems, radios, and instruments should be kept at low volume levels to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
Energy Conservation
Guests are kindly requested to switch off electrical appliances, lights, and close windows when leaving their rooms in order to conserve energy.
Cleanliness & Sanitation
Guests must leave shared kitchen and shower facilities clean and in sanitary condition after use.
Furniture & Decorations
Guests should not move furniture, decorations, wall hangings, or room items without management consent.
Property Damage
Guests will be held responsible for any destruction or damage caused to resort property, furnishings, or facilities.
Footwear & Hygiene
Guests are kindly requested not to bring dirty shoes into the house in order to maintain cleanliness.
Internet Access
Complimentary WiFi is available to all guests during their stay. Please request the password from management.
